Question2. What is G3?

G3 is one of the communication procedures for FAX standardized by ITU: International Telecommunication Union. At present, it is the most popularized communication procedure. Please refer to the following description.
International standard for FAX communication
The following table ndicates fax communication procedures standardized by ITU: International Telecommunication Union. There are 4 types of fax communication procedure. Communication between different procedure (Group) is not available.

Question3. Is there any way to stop the thermal paper cutting when power is restored after power failure?

There is no function to stop the thermal paper cutting when power is restored after power failure.
However, It is possible to set the cutting function to off mode and cut the paper manually yourself.
(If you choose this option please contact your Panasonic Service Center.)
Only, we do not recommend this method because paper cutting function won't be working in all modes (Fax receiving, Copying, Journal report, etc.)
Question4. Do you provide the world-wide warranty?

World-wide warranty is not in practice at present and all warranties are valid only in the country where the unit is purchased. Because our products(Telephone and Fax) are originally designed to meet local regulation/standard of each country. So we don't assume world-wide warranty.
Question5. How to switch the selector to 'Tone' or 'Pulse' in dialing mode?
