Please check and confirm the FTP Server Path settings
[1] Please check the following settings within the device's configuration Web page
Network scanner select tool -> Configuration Web
< Server - FTP Server>
FTP Server:
- Folder Path
[2] Please check if file can be transmitted via an PC with an FTP client with the setting same settings configured on the scanner (* 1)
->if the file is not sent, there is comunication problems with the server.
Please consult your network administrator / server administrator.
*1: Make sure to test on a PC other than FTP Server
