Please check and confirm the following FTP Server settings
[1] Please check the following settings within the device's configuration Web page
Network scanner select tool -> Configuration Web
<Server - FTP Server>
- Folder Path * 1
- Protocol: {FTP / SFTP / FTPS} * 2
- Port Number * 2
- Passive Mode * 2
Account:
- User * 1
- Password * 1
* 1: User account write authority of the destination Folder Path is required
* 2: These settings must match the FTP Server's configuration
[2] If Protocol is FTPS in [1], please check the following contents
Network scanner select tool -> Configuration Web
<Network - SSL / TLS>
Settings:
Security Level [Edit]
- SSL / TLS Client Settings * 1
* 1: Setting must match FTP Server configuration
[3] If the FTPS Protocol is used [1], the following modes are not supported
- Implicit Mode
[4] If the FTPS Protocol is used [1], the following Certification Key is not supported
- Other than 1024 [bit], 2048 [bit], 4096 [bit]
[5] Please check if file can be transmitted via an PC with an FTP client with the setting same settings configured on the scanner (* 1)
->if the file is not sent, there is comunication problems with the server.
Please comfirm No.14 check items or consult your network administrator / server administrator.
* 1: Make sure to test on a PC other than FTP Server

Network scanner select tool -> Configuration Web
<Network - IP Configuration>
IP Address:
- DHCP * 1
- Auto IP
- IP Address * 1
- Subnet Mask
- Default Gateway * 2
* 1: If the following IP address range is displayed, there is a possible communication error with the DHCP Server
- "169.254.0.0" to "169.254.255.255"
(IP Address set by AutoIP)
* 2: If there is no IP Address displayed, there is a possibility network connection issue.
- "0.0.0.0"
If there are no problems with the above settings, the following factors must be investigated further.
Please consult your network administrator or server administrator to check the following.
- Server down
- Server software down
- Down the network route (cable / router / hub)
- Firewall
- IP / MAC filtering
- Network communication destination regulation
