CTV News Studio Unveils Its New Video WallCTV News Studio Unveils Its New Video Wall

CTV Studio gave its viewers a nice surprise on September 23rd. A 9-display video wall was installed in the CGCN news studio over the previous weekend and now forms the central display for the studio set, providing a vibrant, dynamic backdrop to the anchor desk.

The CFN control room can feed any video source to the wall, including news footage as shown and shots from their news vehicles or beauty cameras around the city. The 3x3 monitor wall uses TH-55LFV50 LCD displays with super narrow bezels.

In addition, a 103-inch plasma display, a 50-inch display, and a 58-inch display are installed in the News Studio. Ottawa's No. 1 ranked morning show, called "Morning Live," is recorded in this studio. Morning Live presents the latest news, weather, traffic and sports info each weekday morning.
