Installation Details
A wide range of video equipment is used as the cornerstone of production in all of the exhibition zones.
Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre was constructed as a base facility to "preserve" the universal values of Mt. Fuji, which was registered as a World Heritage Site, for future generations.
It consists of three halls –the exhibition hall, the north hall, and the west hall –with the highly impressive exhibition hall presenting an image of an "inverted Mt. Fuji" and lattice work. A variety of performance techniques allow visitors from inside and outside of Japan to enjoy learning about Mt. Fuji. A large number of Panasonic laser projectors and LCD displays serve as the core of this performance, relaying the attractions and ambience of Mt. Fuji in virtually every age to visitors.
In addition to our high image quality, the deciding factors for using our equipment came down to our knowhow acquired at a wide range of exhibition facilities, our long-term support system, flexible installation properties that are compatible with innovative architectural structures and our extensive product variations.
Also, Early Warning Software has been introduced to achieve stable operation.

System Outline
Worshipped Mountain
Conveying the excitement of Mt. Fuji with realistic images in full view of the "Worshipped Mountain."
The first exhibition viewed by visitors is the climb up Mt. Fuji from Shizuoka Prefecture's iconic ocean. Beautiful time lapse images of the gradually changing scenery as seen from the perspective of climbers are projected onto the 193-meter-high spiral sloped wall surface that extends from the 1st floor to the 5th floor of the exhibition hall, enabling visitors to enjoy an immersive virtual climbing experience. A total of 23 PT-RW620L Panasonic laser projectors have been adopted as the main video equipment for all slopes ranging from sea level to 3,776 meters above sea level. The projectors are made up of two or more multi-screens and project natural and realistic images to convey the allure of climbing Mt. Fuji to the fullest extent. The slopes that project the landscapes near the summit of the mountain are made up of a wide multi-screen consisting of eight PT-RW620L projectors, displaying the impressive changes of the landscapes from day to night and during the awe-inspiring sunrises to visitors.
Holy Mountain
Beautiful Mountain
A wide range of video equipment is active at the exhibition zone that is divided into the "Holy Mountain" and "Beautiful Mountain" zones.

Fuji worship. The 70-inch TH-70LF50 large-screen displays have also been used, introducing the diversity of Mt. Fuji worship from various viewpoints.
The "Beautiful Mountain" exhibition zone adopts a five-panel multi-screen made up of TH-55LFV8 devices and two laser projectors, introducing the allure of Mt. Fuji that serve as a source of artistic inspirations for art, literature and entertainment.
Movie Theater
The majestic views of Mt. Fuji are displayed on a 4K+ high-resolution projector in the "Movie Theater."
Two programs that depict the allure of Mt. Fuji are displayed on the 4K+ compatible PT-RQ13K projector at the Movie Theater. Dynamic 4K images are displayed onto the 265-inch large screen, enabling visitors to enjoy Mt. Fuji from various angles.
Wild Mountain
Mt. Fuji is introduced as an active volcano in "Wild Mountain."
At the "Wild Mountain" exhibition zone, two PT-RW620L laser projectors have been adopted, introducing Mt. Fuji as a young and active volcano that was created on a corner of the circum-Pacific volcanic belt and stories of encounters with people.
Nurturing Mountain
The ecosystem of Mt. Fuji is introduced with 4K high-resolution images in"Nurturing Mountain."
The Early Warning Software was introduced to reduce maintenance and provide stable operation.
In addition to monitoring the state of the projectors located within the intranet, the Early Warning Software also predicts and notifies the user of any abnormalities and detects and notifies the user of any signs of trouble. The software was introduced to provide stable operation by reducing the amount of required maintenance and minimizing downtime.
