Multi Monitoring & Control Software

This software gives you centralized device control over specific networks in schools, companies, etc., for a maximum of 2,048 devices connected to a LAN network. It serves as a tool for monitoring and control. Please read the user's manual for operating instructions.

  • The software works in 32-bit mode on 64-bit Windows.
  • Compatible with English, Japanese or Chinese versions of the above operating systems.
  • Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is automatically enabled when the software is installed.

  • Note that this does not guarantee that any computer satisfying the above requirements will be able to run the software.
  • If you are using a Windows Server 2016 terminal, it is recommended that you operate it as a server. If you wish to use it as a client, please change the security settings of your browser.

Preparation

Please check if a Windows update is pending before downloading and installing Multi Monitoring & Control Software. If a Windows update is pending, please update the OS and install Multi Monitoring & Control Software after all updates are complete.

Note: The installation may not proceed normally if a Windows update is pending.

How to Check

Click the Windows Update Status Tray Icon in the taskbar to see if a Windows update is pending. Complete any updates before installing the software.

How to Download and Install

  1. Click the Download button above and the "Software Licensing Agreement" window will appear.
    Select [Agree] and the installer will begin to download automatically.
  2. Once the installer has been downloaded, double click MMCS_Ver4.0.12_Setup.zip.
    This will uncompress the setup file and create a folder named License.
  3. Double click the setup icon.

FAQ for When the Software Cannot be Installed onto Windows® 10/11.

Procedures for when Multi Monitoring and Control Software cannot be installed onto Windows® 10/11.

This software uses Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 and Internet Information Services (IIS).
While installing the software, you may see a message indicating that Internet Information Services is not installed.
If this occurs, please cancel the installation and install Internet Information Services before proceeding with the software installation.

How to Install (Enable) Internet Information Services (IIS)

  1. Enter "control panel" in the search bar to launch the control panel.

  1. Click "Programs."

  1. Click "Programs and Features"–"Turn Windows features on or off."

  1. Place a check mark in the "Internet Information Services" check box, and click the "OK" button.

  1. The required files will be retrieved, and Microsoft Internet Information Services will be installed.

  1. After installation is complete, you may be asked to restart your computer. If so, restart your computer.
