Q1 I will install the main unit vertically, but is there a function that changes the image vertically?
Because there is no function for rotating the image 90° vertically, you will need to prepare the content for a vertical configuration. Please check the screen display content.
* Set the content after checking the rotation direction of the display.
• Applicable models: SF2H Series, LF80/LF8 Series, SF2 Series, SF1H Series, AF1 Series, EF1 Series, LFE8 Series, VF1H/LFV70/LFV60/LFV6 Series

• Applicable models: SF2H Series, LF80/LF8 Series, SF2 Series, SF1H Series, AF1 Series, EF1 Series, LFE8 Series, VF1H/LFV70/LFV60/LFV6 Series
Q9 I can't play JPEG files using a USB media player.
The following are possible reasons.
1). The resolution of the JPEG files may exceed the maximum resolution (4096 x 4096). Use files that are within the stipulated maximum resolution.
2). Playback is not possible if the JPEG files are progressive JPEG. Create content with baseline JPEG.
3). Playback is not possible if the color mode of the JPEG files is "CMYK." Create files with the "RGB" color mode.
• Applicable models: SF2H Series, LF80/LF8 Series, SF2 Series, SF1H Series, AF1 Series, EF1 Series, LFE8 Series, VF1H/LFV70/LFV60/LFV6 Series
Q10 I can't play videos using a USB media player.
Please check the following.
1). Is the video file a supported format?
See the "Operating Instructions" for information on videos that can be played.
2). Is "Available" displayed in the scenario file check display? If an error code is displayed, confirm if the scenario file or file list is properly listed.
(Confirmation Method)
Press the SETUP button on the remote controller → Select "USB media player settings" → "Scenario file check" from the setup menu.
Read the "Operating Instructions" for details on error codes.
3). If videos cannot be played even if "Available" is displayed in the scenario file check, the data file may not be playable.
* There may be files with compatible formats that cannot be played. Check the following content.
⇒ Set the maximum resolution within the specified value. For information on the maximum resolution, read the "Operating Instructions".
• Convert to a different codec (video compression technology) and confirm.
⇒ The compatible codec (video compression technology) is MPEG4VISUAL/MPEG4AVC or VC-1.
• Switch to another USB memory and confirm.
⇒ The video may not play properly depending on the USB memory.
Q11 Are there any restrictions on the USB memory that can be used?
Content that was not formatted with FAT16 or FAT32 cannot be used.
(Content formatted with exFAT or NTFS cannot be played.)
The maximum USB memory size is 32 GB.
Content equipped with a security function is not supported.
Read the "Operating Instructions" for details.
If you use the "multimedia monitoring control software", read the "USB Media Player User Guide". Click here for sample scenarios and file lists.

Q12 Is a scenario file required when using a USB media player?
When using a USB media player with a single media player (one display only), videos can be played without a scenario file.
However, the playback intervals of the still image files will play based on the settings, which can be viewed from the display's "SETUP" → "Slide show duration" from the "USB media player settings". For video files, the entire recording will be played.
When using it as a multimedia player, a scenario file or file list will be required.
For details, read the "Operating Instructions" or the "USB Media Player User Guide".
• Applicable models: SF2H Series, LF80/LF8 Series, SF2 Series, SF1H Series, AF1 Series, EF1 Series, LFE8 Series, VF1H/LFV70/LFV60/LFV6 Series
Q13 I tried to play a file with a USB media player using a scenario file, but it won't play according to the scenario. "Available" is displayed in the scenario file settings.
The scenario file's extension may be duplicated and saved.
When creating a scenario file using Windows, even if the file name is displayed as "scenario.dat," the actual file name "scenario.dat.dat" and the extension may be duplicated. In this case, the unit may not be able to recognize it as a scenario file, and it will be played without a scenario file.
Check the Windows folder option settings.
