Argentina Reveals the Potential of “Primal Energy”
Acknowledged to have the greatest potential for wind-generated electricity in the world, Argentina continues to invest in this energy sector in combination with other renewable resources while winding down coal-fired production: an effort to better harness the forces of “Primal Energy.”
Argentina’s pavilion was subdivided to showcase five sources of clean energy: wind, solar, geothermal, nuclear, and biomass. Two PT-RZ12K 3-Chip DLP™ SOLID SHINE Laser projectors—each with 12,000 lumens of brightness and capacity to operate for up to 20,000 hours with minimal maintenance—were set up for projection onto curved screen surfaces. New-generation DLP™ imaging combined with 120 Hz Real Motion Processor proved more than capable of reproducing the color and movement of Argentina. A further three PT-RZ12K projectors presented information and other media onto other complex screen surfaces, with single-cable DIGITAL LINK reducing installation cost and complexity.
Expandable geometry software expedites the calibration of multiple units to create seamless edge-blended multi-screen projections on complex surfaces.
